AATCC Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) support lab certification and continuous improvement initiatives. Samples are selected to provide consistent results in a meaningful range for each test method or evaluation procedure.

Anonymously compare results with hundreds of other labs.
When participating in AATCC Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) labs receive test samples, instructions, and data sheets from AATCC. Submit test results online to view a report of all participating labs’ data. Each lab has a code to identify its data. Each distribution includes one shipment and report. Registered labs receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of the calendar year.

NOTES:
Full payment must be received by stated deadline. Allow additional time for processing pro forma requests and wire transfers.
The Summary Report will be issued approximately two months after the Results Due date for each round.

- Request missing samples or sample information (face/back, etc.).
(contact AATCC within 2 weeks of ship date to ensure timely replacement). - Missing or incorrect Summary Report data
(contact AATCC within 3 weeks of report date).
Notes:
- Report compilation errors only.
- Lab data sheets can NOT be updated after submission.
- Late submissions can NOT be added to the Summary Report.
Data Entry
As of September 2025, data entry will be done online for all PTP rounds. This information will be provided via email to your provided PTP contact.
New for 2026: Data Entry will be completed online via the link which will be provided via email.

- Results cannot be modified after submission.
