The American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) is a nonprofit organization serving the global textile industry and its professionals since 1921.

AATCC has thousands of individual and corporate members around the world. Members represent materials and fiber producers, dye and chemical manufacturers, designers, textile manufacturers, instrument and machinery manufacturers, testing laboratories, consumer and retail organizations, government agencies, universities, colleges, students, and academic experts.

AATCC provides trusted textile testing resources, standard test methods, quality control materials, education, and professional development for a global audience.

The AATCC Foundation awards more than US$150,000 annually for Scholarships, Fellowships, and Research Grants.

Undergraduate and graduate students in any textile-related discipline may apply to more than 15+ opportunities. Grant funding ranges from US$500 to US$4,000.

In addition to direct funding, Foundation scholars received free registration for the Annual Conference and one year of complimentary AATCC membership.
