Registration Discounts
Members pay up to 30% less for AATCC digital labs, workshops, and conferences. Students may attend most AATCC conferences for free! (Students pay a nominal fee for optional meals and receptions.)

Significant discounts on the AATCC Manual of International Test Methods and Procedures, individual standards, and other AATCC publications.
Student Chapter Officers Benefit
Student Chapter Officers can receive one-year free extension of membership (AATCC will not refund memberships) for every 15 (paying) AATCC Student Members (as of the May 1st membership count). The chapter officers should decide which of them receives the free membership (with approval from the Faculty Advisor). The students are responsible for contacting and alerting Membership Services to claim this benefit.

Financial Support
Scholarships & Fellowships
Apply for more than 15+ individual scholarships & fellowships available to undergraduate and graduate students in any textile-related discipline.
Answering the questions at the beginning of the application process will direct you to the scholarships available to you. Fill out one simple online form, attach the required documents, and your application is complete!
Research Support Grants
Apply for up to US$4,000 per year in funding for undergraduate and graduate research on textile-related projects.
Projects that involve laboratory and end-use correlation studies, wet processing research, and other topics identified by the Foundation receive special priority.
Membership Fees
$35 / year
Reduced-Rate for Students
A reduced-rate membership for students currently enrolled in a college/university studying textiles, fibers, materials, design, merchandising, or a related subject.
$10 / year
Student in Developing Nations
Students living in selected developing nations may choose a reduced rate student membership due to their classification as low-income and lower-middle-income economies by the World Bank Organization. Developing Nations individual and student members do not receive a print copy of AATCC Review.

What happens to my Student membership after I graduate?
Your Student membership will carry on for your membership period. Once it expires, you can use your Graduation Gift to renew as an Individual Member at a discounted rate! Reach out to [email protected] to access this discount.
