Test Method Development
AATCC has over fifty research committees with expertise in areas such as antimicrobial activity, fiber analysis, colorfastness, color measurement, etc. Through these committees' work, AATCC has developed approximately 200 standard test methods.
These methods are used globally to test and control the quality of textile items. Many methods have been accepted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Technical Manual
All AATCC standard test methods are compiled in the annual AATCC Technical Manual; available both in hardcopy and CD versions.
