• If you would like to post an anonymous e-mail, please send it to Suzanne Holmes, Technical Associate. Suzanne will forward your question/comment to the list without your identification. All other messages are posted directly to the list and are not previewed.

• All private e-mail is considered to be copyrighted by the original author. If you post private e-mails to the list, in whole or in part, you must include the author's permission to post the material publicly.

• Any opinions, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties or any other user should be used for informational purposes only and are those of the respective author(s) and not of AATCC.

• When replying to a message sent to the list, you should remove as much of the original message from your reply as practical. Please include only that content necessary to provide a logical flow from the question to the answer.

• When replying to a message, please decide if it's of general interest to the mailing list first. Posts that do not contribute to the thread content, are aimed at a single individual, or do not contribute to the increased knowledge base of list readers, should be sent by private e-mail to the subscriber(s) concerned.

• Appropriate and related subject lines are very useful.

• The list cannot be used for illegal purposes.

• The list cannot be used to attack a company or individual. Spamming or harassing other list subscribers are grounds for removal. Posting foul or abusive language is forbidden. This includes obscenities, verbal harassment, or comments that would prove offensive based on race, religion, or sexual orientation.

• AATCC does not monitor the list but reserves the right to oversee the List to determine compliance with this agreement as well as the right to remove or refuse to post any posting, including any of the above postings upon discovery thereof. Please contact your list administrator if you believe that any user of the list violates this agreement.

• Be careful expressing your emotions and humor within the e-mail. Due to the lack of vocal and nonverbal clues, the message may not be understood as intended. Also, remember that we have members in more than 65 countries and that some members may not understand certain English expressions.

• Anyone purposely abusing the lists will be removed.
