2013 Concept 2 Consumer® Design Competition

AATCC students members can showcase their talent in textile design to win cash and prizes!
Student designers are asked to create aesthetically pleasing fabric and garment designs for the target consumer. For this year's contest, the target consumer is a 16-24 year old female. The end products are coordinating skirt and leggings sets. Designers will use a color palette chosen from PantoneView Colour Planner Summer 2013…Unity & CO. Contestants email pdf storyboards, which will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts.
The first place winner receives US$1,000 and a Pantone Cotton Passport. The second place winner gets US$750 and a Pantone Cotton Passport. Two Honorable Mention awards win US$100. Winners will be announced by May 22, 2013.
