Fujiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd.
Located in Putian City, China,
Fujiang Zhonghe Co. Ltd. is primarily
engaged in developing, producing,and selling middle and high quality
cotton casual fabric. The company
specifically manufactures and exports
plain cotton twill, cotton jacquard,
satin bonding, corduroy, and stretch
linen/ramie. Established in 1993,
Fujiang Zhonghe strives to ensure the
quality of its products environmentally,
and has won several product
awards in China.
GoldToeMoretz
GoldToeMoretz manufactures its own
Gold Toe brand socks, which are reinforced
for longer wear, with toe seams
that are flattened for a smooth fit. The
company’s own brands include Gold
Toe, Auro, All Pro, SilverToe, Gold-ToeGear, and PowerSox. Licensed
brands include Under Armour and
New Balance, while Wal-Mart and
Target choose Gold Toe for their own
private label programs.
The company was founded in the early twentieth century by two German immigrants in Bally, Penn., USA, naming it the Great American Knitting Mills. During the Great Depression, consumers wanted socks that wore better and lasted longer. Great American’s response was to sew gold linen reinforcing yarn in the toe of its socks; thus the “Gold Toe” brand was born. In 2006, Gold Toe Brands and Moretz merged to create one of the largest sock companies in the world. Headquartered in Newton, N.C., USA, GoldToeMoretz owns and operates 29 Gold Toe retail stores in the USA.
Hempel China Ltd.
Hempel China manufactures and
delivers a variety of marine, container,
and protective coatings, and
is a supplier of decorative and road
marking coatings in China. Located
in Zhejiang, China, Hempel China is
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hempel A/S, which is headquartered in
Hong Kong.
J. A. King and Co. LLC
Headquartered in Whitsett, N.C.,
USA, J. A. King and Co. manufactures,
distributes, and supports a
complete line of fabric and yarn testing
equipment and consumables. The company was founded in 1939 by J.
A. King Sr., and transitioned into the
textile testing industry in the 1960s
with the introduction of its manual
sample cutter.
Minnesota Knitting Mills
Minnesota Knitting Mills is a custom
manufacturer and dyer of circular,
tubular, flat, jacquard, and trim knits
and braids for customers throughout
the world. Located in St. Paul, Minn.,
USA, the company uses a variety of
yarns, including stretch nylon, spun
and stretch polyester, acrylic, cotton,
spandex, and antimicrobial yarns.
Minnesota Knitting Mills supplies to
markets such as durable outwear,
medical, safety, military, and
professional sports. The family-owned
company has been in business for
more than 100 years.
Wilson Garment Accessories (International) Ltd. —Testing Center
Established in 1981, Wilson
Garment Accessories is a garment
accessories manufacturer specializing
in knitted and woven tapes,
cords, elastic webbings, bungee cords,
jacquard tapes, laces, printed tapes,
ribbons, 3M reflective tapes, shoelaces,
labels, and belts. Located in
Guangzhou City, China, the company
has offices located in Hong Kong
(headquarters), Shanghai, Dongguan,
and New York City, and sales offices
in Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, and
Korea. Wilson obtained the Oeko-Tex
Standard 100 certificate, assuring its
commitment to supplying
eco-friendly goods.
