Assistant Director of Career ServicesINDA, Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics IndustryCary, NC, USAThe Assistant Director of Career Services develops and executes face-to-face interactions on college campuses to present the Nonwovens/Engineered Materials industry as an attractive career choice for students. This effort supports and enhances, rather than replace, existing INDA members’ college recruiting efforts which offer the jobs. Working with members at the colleges/universities where members currently recruit, this position provides a view of the Nonwoven/Engineered Materials environment beyond that of an individual member seeking new employees for a specific job. Working in tandem with our member companies, this role positions the industry, not a specific job; therefore, this person needs to understand and speak to the career and lifestyle interests of today’s college seniors and develop collaterals and messaging to position our industry and our members as meeting those interests.
