How to Register

Pre-registration deadline to receive "early" registration fee: Friday, February 13.

On-line: (payment by credit card only) Log-in and complete the registration process.

Fax: (payment by credit card only) Download the registration form and fax to +1 919 549 8933.

Mail: (payment by credit card or check) Check should be made payable to AATCC in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Mail check and completed registration form to AATCC, P.O. Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, N.C. 27709-2215 USA.  The Association will accept MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.

Pre-registrants will be sent confirmations. After February 13, you must register on site and increased fees will apply. Badges, function tickets, and conference materials may be picked up on site at the AATCC Registration Desk located in the Conference Center.  A conference badge is required to enter all the sessions and exhibits. Lost badges will be replaced at a cost of US$35 each.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration cancellations in writing received at the AATCC Technical Center by February 13 will be honored minus a $75 administrative fee. Cancellation requests may be faxed, e-mailed, or mailed to AATCC, P.O. Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, NC, USA 27709-2215; fax +1 919 549 8933; e-mail nicholk@aatcc.org.

The conference is open to anyone who would like to attend.

Conference Proceedings

A searchable CD-ROM of the conference papers is included in the registration fee and will be provided in your registration packet at the conference. Additional CDs may be ordered from the AATCC Technical Center, P.O. Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709-2215 USA; telephone +1 919 549 8141; fax +1 919 549 8933; web www.aatcc.org. All CD orders must be prepaid. International orders, including Canada and Mexico, must be prepaid and require a pro-forma invoice. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
