A room block has been reserved at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.  For reservations please call 800-876-0010 and mention group code 'TCC' to receive the group rate of US$119 single/double.  A first night’s room and tax deposit are due with each reservation.  Deposits may be made by check or charged to an accepted credit card. Reservations can be made online via the Hilton's website.  Reservations must be made by February 13, 2009 to ensure room availability.  Cancellations must be received no later than three days prior to scheduled arrival.  Cancellations received within three days will be billed one night’s room and tax.  Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly with the hotel.
