AATCC’s 2009 IC will feature three educational tracks which mirror the Association’s interest groups:  Concept 2 Consumer (C2C), Chemical Applications, and Materials.  Sessions in the C2C track will focus on global compliance and sustainability, color systems & theory, and performance & innovation .  The Chemical Applications track will address dyeing technology, flame retardent textiles & regulatory issues, and sustainability & environmental issues.  The Herman and Myrtle Goldstein Student Paper Competition will also be a part of the Chemical Applications Track. Presenters in the Materials track will discuss biologically inspired fibrous materials, composites, and personal protection materials.
