Pre-registrants will be sent confirmations. After April 23, you must register on site and increased fees will apply. Badges, function tickets, and conference materials may be picked up on site at the AATCC Registration Desk located in the Georgia World Conference Center. A conference badge is required to enter all the sessions and exhibits. Lost badges will be replaced at a cost of US$35 each.
Special Discount
In addition to the early registration discount, a one-half price registration fee is available to attendees living/working within a 30 mile radius of the conference site. Attendees taking advantage of this option will not receive tickets to the Awards Luncheon or Welcoming Reception. This option is available to both members and nonmembers. This option is NOT available for students.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing by April 23 at the AATCC Technical
Center will be honored minus a $75 administrative

Open to All
The conference is open to anyone who
would like to attend.
Conference Proceedings
A searchable CD-ROM of the conference papers is included in
the registration fee and will be provided in your registration
packet at the conference. Additional CDs may be ordered from the AATCC Technical Center, P.O.
Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709-2215 USA; telephone

All CD orders must be prepaid. International
orders, including Canada and Mexico, must be prepaid and require
a pro-forma invoice. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express
are accepted.
