Mail: (payment by credit card or check) Check should be made payable to AATCC in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Mail check to AATCC, P.O. Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, N.C. 27709-2215 USA. The Association will accept MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.
Pre-registrants will be sent confirmations. After February 24, you must register on site and increased fees will apply. Badges, function tickets, and conference materials may be picked up on site at the AATCC Registration located in the Midway Room at the Hilton University Place. A conference badge is required to enter all the sessions and exhibits. Lost badges will be replaced at a cost of US$35 each.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing by February 24 at the AATCC Technical Center will be honored minus a US$75 administrative fee. Cancellation requests may be faxed, e-mailed, or mailed to AATCC, P.O. Box 12215, Research Triangle Park, N.C. 27709-2215 USA; fax +1 919 549 8933; e-mail nicholk@aatcc.org.
