Abstracts for oral presentations must be received at the AATCC Technical Center on, or before, August 17, 2015. Abstracts received after this date will automatically be placed on a waiting list. AATCC reserves the right to accept, place on a waiting list, or reject any paper for any reason.

Authors of accepted oral presentation papers will be notified. In accepting an invitation to present a paper at the conference, a speaker agrees to provide AATCC with the full text or PowerPoint presentation by February 29, 2016. Speakers receive complimentary registration for the conference.


Abstracts for poster presentations should clearly state the problem, solution, and results of the research work. Poster abstracts will be accepted until December 11, 2015 and should be submitted to Peggy Pickett. Poster presenters pay a reduced conference fee.
